Design report...are we screwed??

We turned in the design report via email at 11.52 eastern time. The rules said, must be recieved by march 1st, and not postmarked. Technicly our email should have got there on march 1st......but did they mean Feb 29th is when it had to be, as in BEFORE march first, or ON march first. I am sure all of you did this weeks ago. Are we screwed???

I think it's recieved on March 1st. They didn't list a time, so I don't think that they will complain unless it isn't recieved until March 2nd at 12:01 am.

We turned ours in on the first around Noon pacific time. Since it didn't state a specific time we just assumed it meant anytime before midnight on the first. Also, did anyone get a reply saying they received it? The rules state "You will receive confirmation of receipt via email and/or the event website" I haven't received and email and don't see it on the website.
