On page 824 of RCVD, they refer to SAE paper No. 851652 (which I could not unearth at the SAE site). I would like to know if anyone has that paper and would be willing to share (or sell) it with/to me. My main objective is to learn the method by which they calculated table 22.2 based on the data in table 22.1. If someone knows or could clarify these calculations, I would be eternally grateful. Are they disguised in the Milliken book itself?
