Just got off the phone w/ Sharron Famiglietti, the HR Director @ Skip Barber. They have an opening for which FSAE experience is a nice fit. The description below is all that I know on the position. Submit resumes directly to Sharron Famiglietti if interested.

Skip Barber Racing School LLC, (SBRS) has long been regarded as the world's best racing and driving school, catering to race enthusiasts as well as those looking to hone their street driving skills. In operation for over 30 years, Skip Barber Racing School has grown to offer a range of automotive entertainment, education and competition.

A Team Manager at SBRS is an integral part of successfully operating the largest racecar fleet in the world at some of the greatest race tracks in the world. This position is based out of our Lime Rock Park, Lakeville, CT location and will oversee crews that travel around the US, Canada and Mexico.
The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of managing a race team: evaluating and training of a crew of mechanics, and coordinate all car maintenance and support of school, event and race team goals and possess the following qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated ability and prior experience managing personnel
• Demonstrated knowledge of Racing and its mechanical operations
• Demonstrated s Strong leadership, communication and planning skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule and long hours during busy season
• Ability to travel extensively in the US and Internationally and willingness to relocate on a six month rotation
• Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Computer software – Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and interpret management reports and correspondence
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, delegate and follow-up
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to effective work independently
• Project approachable and confident image to customers, staff and vendors
